Ryuryu was established in 1997 right here in Nagoya. Combining ramen's staple "pork-soup" with Nagoya's famous chicken, we were able to create the industry-reknown "Chicken & Pork-soup Ramen" that is now representative of Ryuryu's ramen. We have been listed on numerous travel and restaurant magazines and on TV as the trailblazer of "Nagoya style ramen". Ryuryu's soup needs at least 18 hours of preparation time to really bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Along with our handmade noodles and traditonally designed stores, we hope you will enjoy Nagoya's famous Ryuryu ramen.
