About

"What is Popover?" Popover is from the meaning of popping and jumping out. It looks like a cream puff, but inside is hollow. And the outside is crispy and the inside has moist texture. In Japan it became known from Hawaii, but it has an old history. In the late 1880s, British Yorkshire people who immigrated to the United States, made prototypes of Popover. It seems that it is based on the traditional Yorkshire Pudding recipe. And, it is attractive to be bread and sweets by combination. "We would like you to have more delicious." In addition to having freshly baked popover with soups and dishes, we prepared a rich menu. There is a meal menu with vegetables and eggs, cheese, chicken, roast beef in the hollow inside the popover, and a sweet menu with ice cream and fruit etc
