900 STEAKS is a steak restaurant themed around Rock n Roll , which opened in Kaihinmakuhari Chiba prefecture in June 2018. We will serve high quality aging meats. Its a fun, exciting, and wonderful experience for you ! You can choose size of L-bone steak (sirloin with bone), when we bring chunk of sirloin with bone. L-bone steaks are cut as you ordered ,and cooked on a specialized oven which has 900 degrees Celsius. We will serve L-bone steaks with hot iron sizzling dish plate. The surface is medium in crispy and you can enjoy the juicy meat. The outside of steaks is charred black, while the inside is not so much hot. It is amaging style of New York!
