The best Chinese meal I have enjoyed in years.The bonus is 30% off entire meal for hotel guests and in Japan there is an automatic 10% tax and 10% service charge added to all restaurants we ate at, even restaurants not located in hotels.
The restaurant is open until 21:30. Last reservation at 21:00.The food is delicious, the service is good, the price reasonable. We enjoyed .
On Monday nights this is one of two dining options in the hotel (not counting the lounge). The food was better than I expected. Try the dumplings and the Mapo tofu. A bit expensive for what it is, but still worth it.
Try the Peking duck specialty in Baien at Hilton Narita. Really very good, only at ¥4,900 per person for lunch.
