Our motto is to create food that we can comfortably serve to our children. We use only the freshest ingredients, and it is made without any additives or preservatives. We emphasize food safety; however, taste and presentation is just as important. A "Sushi Chef Championship" is held once a year to polish our chefs' technique. Our kitchen and serving area is always kept spotless.
