Established in 1910 in Fukuoka, Japan, we started as a Kamaboko fish cake maker under the name Mineya. Then opened a Udon noodle restaurant, Minematsu Honke, in addition to our famous Kamaboko, we now also offer homemade Udon noodles, Soba buckwheats noodles and Donburi rice bowl. Our noodles and broth are all handmade in our kitchen with carefully selected ingredients. An enduring favorite with our customers is our Donmen udon noodles with plenty of vegetables and Kamaboko.
