About
Sake Dining is a pub in Minami-ku Nagaoka. Opposite the main street, Nagami district. I was allowed to set up a local shop where I was born and raised. The shopkeeper is a veteran craftworker with a shy and silent paperhead for more than 20 years. The cuisine we produce is delicious and gentle seasoned as its personality.
