We are a sister company of traditional Japanese restaurant, Shin-Minato. Our speciality, buckwheat noodles, (Soba in Japanese) are made with flour and buckwheat powder. All the ingredients we use in-house to make the dishes are produced in Japan. Our homemade soba and soup are made with domestic bonito, kelp, soy sauce, red sake, and Sweet sake (mirin). Menu in English and Chinese are available. It is highly recommended to make a reservation prior to your visit, especially on weekends and holidays. We accept Credit card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, and American Express), PayPay, WeChat Pay, ALIPAY, and Origami Pay. We look forward to your visit.
