This place has a good set for a reasonable price. They have a triple beef set for 6200 yen which is very filling.
My wife and I were looking for some local food to eat in Takayama. We wanted some Hida beef. The food was very good. We grilled it ourselves along with some veggies. All delicious.
It was snowing outside while we enjoyed one of the best Sukiyaki we’ve had so far! And the sake was excellent! Spacious restaurant with a great ambience, in the middle of the beautiful old town of Takayama. Perfect!
