Our specialty, TORI-PAITAN-RAMEN (noodles with rich chicken soup) used only fresh chicken is characterized by its very rich flavor. The soup extracted fully from chicken and contained much collagen is loved by an entire generation. TORI-SOBA (ramen) is with white thick soup and topped with house-made chashu stewed for hours. It has a rich taste and savor. The rich chicken soup made on our own from preparation, simmering to completion enhances the rich and addictive flavor of TORI-SOBA.
