We take specially selected ingredients and arrange them in our JABAR style to bring you dishes such as kuroge wagyu steak seasonal vegetable; or ajillo that is rich with seafood flavors. We also have a wide selection of drinks, such as Spanish beers, wines from all over the world, local sake, and shochu. Paella is a JABAR recommendation. You will enjoy the delicious flavors of Spanish seafood with the taste of our paella, which was learned by Chef Nakatake in Spain.
