Soba (buckwheat) noodles. The soba flour is shipped fresh daily from the owner's father's soba mill in Wakkanai. For me, the experience was exquisite. The meal is simple, pure and delicious. Do not neglect the soba tea which is served while you are waiting for your meal. The aroma of the tea can cause bliss.
