January 2016 Grand Opening! A rue curry shop born in Sumikawa, Minami-ku, Sapporo City! The color of the roux is red, reminiscent of the local government office and the shopkeeper's local Ebetsu brick. From the meaning of whale meat to the determination of wanting to make this ru curry a new Sapporo food culture I named it Aka) Curry! As a shopkeeper is an entertainer, it's fun, and it's a curry shop where encounters are born!
