Niseko In-House Dining is a small team of dedicated professionals, passionate about Hokkaido and Japanese food, about the people who make it, and inspired by one goal: bringing food, warmth and happiness into the homes and chalets of Niseko visitors and local residents.We offer authentic Japanese Shabu Shabu and French Cheese Fondue which are traditional tasty ways to enjoy cold winter. You can also choose a demonstration of Soba making followed by Duck Nabe. We assure you a warm hearty evening with a wonderful experience and well chosen sake or wine.
