December 2003 Emigrated from Honshu and opened for about a year and a half as a "bread shop of wheat produced in Hokkaido" utilizing the relationship with farmers and dealers of Memanbetsu. You can taste wheat from Okhotsk other than Masumifu "Haruyo Koi".
