[Sakanaya Ebisui], in a hideaway-like space 5 minutes walk from Akashi Station, serves [authentic] Akashi fish. In many cases, Akashi fish are not consumed in the area but sent to Kyoto and Tokyo. Our owner, who sticks to using high-quality Akashi fish, prepares them with traditional methods, including the Ikekoshi process, to serve the best-conditioned fish.
