We are a pudding specialty shop in Kobe chinese town, Nankinmachi. We provide evolved puddings, called "apricot puddings". We have created whole new sweets to combine hard and chewy apricot tofu with soft and creamy pudding. They just suit an atmosphere of Nankinmachi.
