This restaurant was created by the Himeji Wholesale Fisheries Co-op. Our restaurant buys all seafood fresh from the Himeji City Central Market. Avanzar in Spanish means to advance or to go forward. We chose this name as we believe our restaurant is a new kind of sushi bar that combines the freshest seafood with a vibrant and Spanish-like atmosphere.
