We always try to serve simple but genuine Japnese soba noodle. We usually use buckweats and mountain herbs from regions nearby.You can see really beautiful soba noodles which are cut by special techniques of experienced craftmanship.You can enjoy the taste of soba soup which is made of special "Katsuobushi"(dried and fermantated bonito).And you can enjoy the fresh flavour and the sweet taste of "Soba"(buckweat)which is made in the each morning by hands with fresh water. We always close our restaurant as soon as sold out even during business hours.
