About
Superior coffee and delicious sweets served with warm hospitality. Superior coffee... Roasting our own coffee beans, and then creating the flavor, taste and quality profiles of each coffee growing region *Coffee has a life span after being roasted and we are choosing only fresh coffee beans. Pour-Over Coffee through a flannel filter (called Nel in Japan): Nel drip coffee is one of the Japanese traditional methods. We put a lot of energy into pour-over coffee in our caf. It's one of the most basic, approachable, and effective ways to make a beautiful cup of coffee. First the grinder breaks the coffee beans down into much smaller pieces with varying surface areas. Then these surface areas are exposed to hot water. The hot water dissolves particles from the coffee grounds exposed surface area, creating brewed coffee. So it takes more time to make coffee than any other method of making coffee. Making 1 serving by nel filter, will take three to five minutes.
