We have many sake from all over Japan, about 80. There are various types amongst those, light, medium, heavy, fruity, aged, sparkling, sweet, sour, low alcohol, nigori (cloudy sake, due to some rice solids left remaining) and some sake that has multiple attributes. Please feel free to choose your favorite type from the menu. However, if you cannot choose for one reason or another, we would be happy to help you. Please enjoy sake at Kanazawa-shushu ! Thank you.
