We called our restaurant Il Cipresso after the cypress, which is one of the symbols of Tuscany, the Italian region where we have lived for many years. In our restaurant we do not only offer food from Tuscany, but we constantly change the menu in our quest to investigate the rich Italian regional tradition, interpreted with our local ingredients and organic vegetables in our fields. We are waiting for you to discover Italy and Kagoshima through with our special cuisine!!!
