Umeya Restaurant features the traditional kitchen of Kagoshima using local and fresh ingredients. Our vision is to keep alive Kagoshima's art of cooking Shabu-Shabu which is slightly boiled sliced beef, chicken or pork with vegetables along with local appetizers, sashimi and daily specials.
