In our shop, we offer handmade soba, Hakone steamed pudding, seasonal Steamed sticky rice. The soba that the owner makes with love every day is a mix of Hokkaido buckwheat flour and coarsely ground flour. "Hakone steamed pudding" using 100% of Hakone's "Hinode Egg", Seasonal steamed with bamboo skin okowa can also be taken out. We are proud of the cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy conversation with the owner in the open kitchen.
