Our chefs go to the local Odawara fish market and local farmers deliver their fresh seasonal vegetables. Our popular dishes are cooked with both Japanese and fusion recipes. We brew our popular Hakone beer in the same complex called Kamaboko Village, using the Hakone mountain spring water. You can choose an all-you-can-drink beer option for an extra charge.
