All meat is grilled by our own staff. Each course has beef and chicken. No internal organs are included. An a la carte menu is available when extra food is desired in addition to a course menu. Please order the number of courses in accordance with the number of guests. Kiri-otoshi means trimmings. Freshness and quality are guaranteed. Course dishes include raw meat. One slice of the following meat per person: salted-tongue, salted-Amakusa Daio chicken, salted-outside skirt, salted-thigh, and sirloin, thigh, and tender rump with sauce. Prices differ depending on the quality of meat of each course. Steak is included in the 12,000 course, and market prices range from 12,000 to 15,000. Though meat may look rare, it has been thoroughly cooked. Chicken is available, but pork is not. Please note: we do not accept cancellations on the reserved day.
