In the middle of Fushimi, a famous town for Sake, this shop sells various sorts of Sake. You can also taste Sake in the shop by paying. If you cannot decide which one you should buy, the staff kindly helps you.
The owner was lovely and answered all my questions with pleasure. The sake was tasty (though that may be subjective) and we ended up buying a couple of bottles to take home.
We could try three different sakes, all made in Fushimi district, where there are 19 sake breweries with about 90 kinds of sake. Our bartender was very hospitable and knowledgeable. Very helpful and fun.
