Our Kyoto Uji matcha and soy milk baumkuchen, Kyo-baum. Our baumkuchen uses Kyoto's famous Uji matcha and Kyoto-produced soy milk, and is baked and layered to become soft and moist. The sponge dough is created from Kyoto-produced soy milk and melt-in-the-mouth Japanese flour, layered with matcha dough made from Uji matcha and green tea. Our baumkuchen is soft, moist and fluffy. Our Gion-kita store is located on the way to the Yasaka Shrine. You can buy souvenirs in the spacious store, or pick up something to eat while sightseeing.
