At Suehiro, diners can enjoy grilling steak on a hot stone plate by themselves. The stone plate is molten lava from Mt. Fuji which has far-infrared ray properties and can make meat juicy and tender. Japanese beefsteak is recommended to enjoy with Suehiro's special soy sauce-based sauce, served only at this branch. Aromatic vegetable extract is blended with rich soy sauce and adding a little mustard to it will make it even better. This is the taste only Suehiro's Avanti Branch can offer.
