This was a reasonably cheap restaurant with beer and wine on the menu. The staff did not speak English, however, they did have English on the menu. Others went across the street and appeared to have better luck with their meals.
Just okay food at about double what you might pay in a Chinese place at home – but still the cheapest in the hotel.
