Went to quite a few bars whilst in Kyoto but this was by far the best. The bar manager Hiro really made everyone feel welcome and before long visitors from around the world were chatting and socialising together.

Had more than a couple of drinks here, very friendly, and good prices, Staff spoke fairly good English, and locals seemed to welcome us
