Refrain adopts a cafe & bar concept, with a homely atmosphere. We have over 100 types of Whiskeys. It is located near the entrance of Nishiki Market (walking distance of 1min). Opened daily, Opening hours are from 3pm to 3am. No cover charge till 6pm Beers are at 400yen till 6pm as well :-)
