This is an artists cafe bar, run and owned by Milton Ogura. There is a wide selection of whiskies, gins, special bottlers scotch, and other selections of rare and special spirits. We also serve coffee, homemade baked goods, and small bites. Please come to enjoy a non smoking environment in a cozy seven seat bar, decorated room with art from Milton himself. Japanese and English spoken.
