Hola ! Bienvenidos ! We opened Paella and Grill Barraca in 2016 to share a great time with Spanish food ,Wine from all over Japan with customers at Central of Kyoto city . As most of you know paella is usually made with seafood such as shrimp, musles, squid . On the other hand in Valencia paella is made with rabit, snails,chiken . So every paella differs its taste from the soup that comes from the ingredients. Our owners thought is for customers to discover the new pairing with the Spanish dish and Japanese wine.
