Our spiced rice wrapped gently in fluffy egg omelet is a popular menu item, available in three sizes and served with salad and four different sauces to choose from: curry, tomato, demi-glace and mentaiko (marinated fish roe) cream. The manager's family runs a rice farm nearby, which provides all the rice used in the restaurant's various dishes, and our vegetables are also sourced from farms near the manager's home. As a restaurant firmly rooted in the local community, we strive to offer local products for local consumption. We also take great care to show our commitment to our customers. While this is not always possible at the busiest of times, when a customer leaves the restaurant, our whole staff usually sees them off, so they can go home not only with a full stomach but also with a warm feeling inside.
