A nice place to have lunch after visiting arashiyama. Be sure to go early. There is a nice view from the table. The soba mushroom soup is delicious so is the cold soba.
Simply amazing-food was delicious, organized system for waiting and sitting you in, nice views over the river from the inside windows. Prices are very reasonable. Portiona are huge.. no wonder there is always a line.
The soba was great and we had a direct view on the river. We came without reservation but had to wait less than 10 minutes.
This place truly deserves a visit. The menu with tempura rice and two types of noodles is excellent and with a good relation quality price.The place has beautiful views to the river and you seat just in front of them.
Reeeally good food near the monkey park (Excellent for udon). Also, the private rooms are really nice and quiet!
