Cafe with outside terrace tables commanding gorgeous view of Hozukyo gorge and Mt. Atago. Located near the top of Ogurayama (Mt. Ogura) on Ogurayama Lookout parking lot on Arashiyama-Takao Parkway. Not barrier free. Closed during winter from mid December to mid March due to adverse weather condition. Look up open days in our facebook page.
