Nice to meet you. I am Kombu cooking researcher Iwasa Yu (Masaru). While using the traditional Japanese food, I continue to pursue my own cuisine as a life work. I realized the wonderfulness of kelp to more people and wanted them to live a healthy life, I decided to devote myself to kelp dish. I regard eating as an important thing to protect life, using kelp simple, material, seasonal feeling, balanced with a friendly taste in the mind and body, without waste, we will value the food every day. Choose good ingredients such as traditional (local) food, Japanese food, creative dishes tailored to Japanese, I will do my best to help many people enrich my heart through the kelp dish.
