BOS means band of snow and we have a true passion for the snow in Hakuba. We specialize in okonomiyaki and yakisoba with many a la carte, most popular is gyoza. Came here on a recommendation. Hadn’t booked so we’re lucky to be seated right away. It was a one man army, with the chef working hard to serve everyone! The food was amazing!!!!
