"vollkorn" is Bakery & Cafe in Matsumoto, Nagano. I have been baking German-style homemade sourdough bread since 2003. All ingredients are carefully selected and most of them are organic grown. I serve Vegan and Vegetarian food such as; South Indian Curry, Vegetable Quiche, Vegan Pasta, Vegan Soup, Whole Wheat Bagel Sandwiches, and seasonal menu items.
