If you’re lucky you’ll get an outside table and be able to enjoy some udon or katsu while looking over the slopes and mountains. I enjoyed the Buna salad after days without vegetables but ruined the healthy factor with a side of juicy katsu pork!

One of the best meals we had in Nozawa onsen – great Katsu curry with nice sauce. The best surprise was the hot chocolate it was rich, dark and delicious the best I’ve had outside of Italy!
