For 30 years Master Barista Masui san has brought to you the most beautiful LogCabin Cafe, he has 30 years of siphon coffee experience that he is now handing over to his daughter Michiko Masui and myself. Michiko was not only brought up on making her fathers siphon coffee but has extensive experience studying coffee and working all throughout Melbourne Australia. For the last 6 years in Melbourne she has crafted her latte art and love of coffee making to such a degree she is quickly becoming second to none here in Japan. As for me I'm just another crazy Australian with a life time of experience with hotels and bars, My name is Kev-san ;-) We hope to bring you something a little different to Nara Kashihara, we are from Melbourne and want to bring you a Melb style cafe. But to do this transformation we need your help and support, soon we will be adding special offers and new food. But for now we have Australian/Italian cappuccino, latte etc, good music and a building atmosphere.
