About
Yoshinoya was established in 1899 at the riverside fish market of Nihonbashi in Tokyo. For over 100 years since then it has dedicated itself to serving "Tasty, Cheap and Quick" gyudon dishes (beef rice bowl), delighting all its customers with its food and service. It focuses on freshly-made, freshly-boiled noodles to ensure that the flavors are at their peak as soon as the dish is served. There is a wide variety of rice bowl and rice box dishes available, such as gyu-don (beef rice), katsu-don (pork cutlet on rice), unaju (grilled eel rice box) and tenju (prawn and oyster tempura rice box). The restaurant also serves a juwari soba set meal (100% buckwheat noodles), featuring a combination of soba noodles and beef. Yoshinoya rises to the challenge of serving "Tasty, Cheap and Quick" food that is popular with all generations.
