Miyakojima is one of the best vacation spots in all of Japan, and its sea, which color is called "Miyako Blue" is considered one of the clearest and most beautiful seas in the world. InBlu's concept is "looking at the sky immersed in the blue sea of Miyako". In the Miyakojima dialect "in" means "sea" so the meaning of the name inBlu is "blue sea". Our hope is to give a breath of freshness to Miyakojima through a place that offers the best chocolate, the best coffee and the the best gelato in respect of Italian traditions.
