The strictly selected beef-steak by Ryu is from the cows born and reared on the Ishigaki island. Above all, the best part is the taste of a steak, cut from a cow which hasnt been used for breeding. It is an ultra-soft beef-steak. It will be served with the seasonal Okinawa vegetables and fresh fish. Needless to say, the best cooking requires a chefs skill, but we consider that the human relationship which floats in the dining-room is also very important. Only when you are surprised with the dainty food, will you feel the warmth from staff involved in the work and their entertainment, you will be deeply touched from the bottom of your heart and we believe that it will be a memorable night which youll never forget.
