OBBLIGATO bloomed from one belief. "No prejudice and no bigotry; treat all customers, vendors, and coworkers as if they are family". For over 30 years OBBLIGATO has striven to provide homemade Mexican food for the people in Okinawa. We limit spiciness and cilantro usage for the many Okinawans, we provide authentic Chimichangas our many American customers, but above all we promote old fashioned hospitality to anyone from anywhere who walks through our doors. We hope you enjoy our Tacos, Enchiladas, or Kids Plate in a pleasantly international atmosphere.
