Went there twice during my stay in Osaka. Nice little spot on the third floor of the busy Dotonbori street in Osaka. Owner/bartender Tetsuya makes a great drink and is super friendly. Great whiskey selection and a view of the river, I highly recommend.
It’s a small bar in the 3rd floor. Titsuya, the bartender, is super friendly, also speaks english. I ask for his recommendations and they were delicious. Definitively I will come back.
If you looking for someplace for drinking it’s good. Not people to much. Small place for drinking in big city.
