SUKIYAKI is a Nabemono (one pot) style Japanese dish. We serve it traditional style. The original blend sauce is premixed. The sauce is then served inside an iron pot in which the induvidual cooks their meat and vegetables. They are dipped in a fresh egg after being cooked.
