We propose a variety of creative dishes that go beyond the Japanese and Western fences. On January 15, 2017, we opened foujita in Fukushima, Osaka city. Five years after opening Fujino, we have been exploring the deliciousness of soba noodles and Kawachi duck. In addition, we will serve dishes. We hope that you will have a delicious and enjoyable time crossing the borders of Japanese and Western foods such as natural wines and ciders around the world, as well as sake and shochu.
