Kushikatu is a traditional Japanese cooking style made famous in the City of Osaka. It consists of breaded meat, fish or vegetable morsels on a skewer deep-fried in the secretd-recipe oil. The result is hot,crispy and delicious fare in any season. Kurara has been making exquisite kusikatu since 1987. we are very particular about their craft,cooking to perfection only the fleshest ingredients. Our restaurant was listed in the Michelin Guide Kyoto and Osaka from 2016 to 2018 in a row.
